You must be at least 18 years old.

You must provide accurate information during sign-up, including:

Rishai's may request additional documents at any time, including:

Rishai's may suspend or terminate accounts that use false, incomplete, or misleading information.

2. Service Listings & Profile Content

Your profile and service listings must be truthful, clear, and detailed, including:

  • Service name and type (e.g., "Full Makeup – Bridal", "Home Visit Haircut", "Deep Tissue Massage")
  • Description of what is included
  • Approximate duration
  • Price or price range
  • Whether you travel to clients or they come to you

Photos must:

  • Reflect your real work or workspace
  • Not be stolen from other providers, brands, or online sources without permission

You may not list services that:

  • Are illegal under Jamaican law
  • Require licenses you do not have
  • Involve unsafe or clearly dangerous practices

Rishai's may remove any listing that is misleading, unsafe, or violates these guidelines.

3. Medical, Aesthetic & Regulated Services

For medical aesthetic services and other regulated services (e.g., injections, invasive procedures, tattooing, etc.):

You must upload a valid license or certification issued by:

  • A government authority,
  • A recognized school or training institution, or
  • An approved professional body.

You may not offer regulated services through Rishai's until your documentation has been reviewed and approved.

Rishai's may:

  • Restrict or remove services that appear regulated until proof is provided,
  • Request updated documents on expiry or at any time,
  • Suspend accounts that misrepresent qualifications.

Unlicensed providers may still offer non-regulated services as allowed by local law but may not represent themselves as medical or clinically trained professionals.

4. Pricing, Payments & Earnings

Providers may set their own service prices.

Platform subscription fees and commissions are outlined in the Monthly Fees & Commission Policy.

Rishai's may deduct:

  • Platform commissions on qualifying bookings
  • Applicable fees before releasing payouts

Providers can receive payouts in USD via Payoneer or other approved methods.

Providers may also:

  • Accept payment on arrival or completion
  • Arrange direct payments (cash, bank transfer, etc.) with the customer

When payments occur outside the platform, Rishai's:

  • Does not control the funds,
  • Is not responsible for non-payment, partial payment, or chargebacks, and
  • May still review accounts for fraud or abuse reports.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Providers must honor all confirmed bookings.

If you must cancel or reschedule:

  • Notify the customer immediately, and
  • Offer alternative appointment options when possible.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • Negative reviews,
  • Temporary suspension, or
  • Account penalties.

If customers repeatedly cancel or fail to show, report the issue to Rishai's for investigation.

6. Communication & Deals with Customers

Providers may communicate freely with customers using:

In-app chat, phone, or external messaging (if both parties agree).

You are allowed to:

  • Negotiate prices,
  • Offer private or repeat booking deals, and
  • Arrange payments inside or outside the app.

Rishai's does not restrict providers from building their own customer relationships or doing independent business.

However:

  • Rishai's is not liable for any off-platform transactions or disputes.
  • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct through any communication channel will result in suspension.

7. Service Quality, Safety & Professional Conduct

Providers agree to:

  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and professional environment.
  • Use tools and products that are clean, safe, and suitable.
  • Respect customer boundaries, privacy, and personal comfort.

Clearly explain:

  • What the service includes,
  • Aftercare instructions, and
  • Any potential risks.

Providers may not:

  • Appear under the influence of drugs or alcohol,
  • Engage in harassment or misconduct,
  • Offer illegal or sexual services, or
  • Perform procedures outside their training or licensing.

Rishai's reserves the right to immediately suspend any provider reported for unsafe, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Reviews, Ratings & Disputes

Customers may rate and review services honestly.

Providers may respond professionally.

Providers may not:

In case of disputes:

  • Rishai's may mediate using chat history and booking data.
  • Funds may be held temporarily while issues are resolved.
  • Resolution outcomes may include release, refund, or policy-based adjustments.

9. Feedback Hold & Protection Window

For bookings paid through Rishai's:

  • Funds are held for a brief feedback period.
  • Customers confirm service completion and satisfaction.
  • If issues arise, payouts are paused during review.

Providers with consistent positive performance qualify for faster payouts and higher visibility.

Strictly prohibited activities include:

  • Offering illegal or unsafe services
  • Misrepresenting qualifications
  • Sharing customer data beyond necessary coordination
  • Fraud, scams, or misuse of the platform
  • Harassment or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or other protected categories

Violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Rishai's may:

  • Limit access, visibility, or payouts
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

Grounds for action include:

  • Low ratings, repeated complaints, or unsafe behavior
  • Fraud, harassment, or rule violations

In most cases, providers are notified before permanent suspension unless immediate action is needed.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rishai's Marketplace as a provider, you confirm that:

  • You understand and accept these rules,
  • You will follow them in all service activities, and
  • You acknowledge that continued use of Rishai's constitutes ongoing acceptance of updated policies.
