- Vendor/Provider Data: business details you submit if you operate a store or service.
- Technical: basic device/browser info (for security and reliability). No cross‑app tracking.
How We Use Information
- Provide core features (accounts, carts, orders, bookings, messaging).
- Support vendors/providers in fulfilling orders and appointments.
- Safety, fraud prevention, and to comply with legal obligations.
- Optional emails about account or transactional updates.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We may store Stripe identifiers (e.g., checkout session or payment intent IDs) for reconciliation.
Sharing
We share only what’s necessary to complete your transactions (e.g., order and contact details with your chosen vendor/provider). We do not sell data.
Your Choices
- Update your profile details from your account.
- Request deletion of your account in-app (Settings → Delete Account).
Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13.
